After purchasing one of the online videos available through our online store, you will be sent an e-mail with the following information:
 
   1. Order ID
   2. Access Code
   3. Login web page address for entering this information.

Important Information For Viewing Online Videos

You will be able to view the videos on one computer. Your initial login to view the video should be from the computer where you intend to view the video during the viewing period.

If you will be viewing the video on a laptop computer, the initial login (and future viewing) should be from the location where you intend to view the video (home, vs. work or a wifi café). Example: If your purchase is made at work, at home, or in a wifi café and you are planning on viewing the video primarily from home, your initial login to view the video (and future logins) should be from home.

Our videos are 1.5 to 2 hours in length. Due to the large file size, a high-speed Internet connection is required to view the videos (DSL, Cable, or faster). If you will be using a home network with DSL or Cable Internet to view the video, it is best is to view the video on a computer directly connected to the network (a wired connection). Wireless Internet connections and Broadband wireless cards offered by cell phone companies usually do not provide sufficient connection speed for viewing files of this length.

For those interested in sending access to the videos to family or friends, we offer discounts of 30 to 40% on purchases of online viewing access for 4 or more users. You will be sent additional Access Codes, Video Login Links and Online Viewing Instructions for sending to family and friends with your order confirmation e-mail.

1. Exactly how long are the 1 week and 3 month viewing periods?

 Usually 8 days and 91 days depending on your time zone. We provide an extra day to cover for most time zone differences.

3. Do we offer volume pricing for individuals for sending to family and friends?

7. How can I review certain sections of the movie?

Either by clicking on one of the chapter titles, or by clicking, holding and sliding the movie player slider to whichever part of the movie you'd like to review. We suggest writing down the time of the movie (or noting the chapter number) for sections of the movies that you would like to review.

8. Why did my video stop playing?

Most of the time, our videos will run from beginning to end with no problems. Occasionally, a video may stop playing. Clicking any of the chapter links or the play button should restart the movie.

The stop button will also stop the movie (taking the movie back to the beginning). The pause button will pause the movie, and the play button will resume play from where the movie was paused.

9. How often can the video be viewed during the viewing period?

As often as desired.
