The Truth on Soy?

Could this be true that adding soy to your diet doesn't give real documented health improvements? If you have been working hard like most of us to add soy to your diet then you will want to click our blog post title and read more about this recent study for heart and cancer patients.

We're not ready to give up on soy as we have seen health benefits from soy and there have also been numerous other studies of Asian people groups and their overall health due in part to the large amount of soy in their diet.
