Aspartame Does Not Cause Cancer?

This article from Great Britain states that new findings have shown that Aspartame does not pose a cancer risk. This is in conflict with other studies which have shown that there is a greater incidence of cancer in rats that were feed Aspartame. Both studies do confirm that Aspartame may cause kidney problems.

So who do you believe in this world of conflicting studies? The best course of action in conflicts like this is to simply go with products that are natural in substance and have the minimum of added chemicals. The body has a natural and effective balance all of its own. Introducing additional chemicals that are not naturally occurring may create imbalance and unknown side effects, and in this case may even cause cancer.
