Some of the key tips are:
- Limit your fat intake to 20%
- Get 5 to 30 grams of fiber daily
- Drink no more than 2 cups of decaffeinated coffee a day
- Choose organically grown products when possible
- Minimize exposure to electromagnetic fields -- powerlines, waterbed heaters, computer monitors etc.
- Avoid all unnecessary medications
- Learn to lower your stress through relaxation techniques
